TBC Students will be cooking for a wonderful cause Saturday, February 14 . Our students love our senior adults and want to show appreciation of their love and support by serving each of them a home-made spaghetti lunch. Our students will arrive early to decorate, cook and serve with great love and intentionality. This will be a wonderful lunch time event that is sure to show the love of Christ, and the love of our students towards our senior adults.

You are invited to our annual church wide birthday party! After Sunday morning worship we will celebrate each church members birthday. Why? Because you are special to Temple and we want to celebrate with you! A soup lunch with cornbread will be served. With a kid friendly option of peanut butter & jelly. Sign up is required. You can do so in your Sunday discipleship group or by stopping by the church office. We look forward to celebrating with you.

Church leaders, you’re invited to attend a Victory Sports Camp information meeting as we prepare for our June camp. This will be a time to meet VSC’s founders as they share the vision behind VSC and answer any questions that you may have as we begin preparing for what will be an amazing summer. Why Attend? Because this in an opportunity to build relationships with like churches in southeast Columbia. It’s an opportunity to share the gospel with our neighbors and the nations. And it’s an opportunity to advance Gods kingdom. we hope to see you there.

Join us as we conclude our sermon series, “It’s a Wonderful Life” under the glow of candlelight. The life of Jesus Christ was and is a gift to be treasured for all people at all times and in all places. He is the light of the world who has given us  the gift of life which is to be treasured above all else. Because of God sending His one and only Son, we have a certain glow about us that the world longs for. This Christmas Eve we will be challenged to be a light to the lost and dying world around us. To fan the gospel flame within our souls so that we may reach our neighbors and the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Invite your family and friends for a wonderful evening of worship together. 

Join our TBC Sanctuary Choir as they present “The Miracle of Christmas” through song and narration. This musical tells the story of the birth of Christ with stirring new songs along with familiar carols and Christmas classics. This will be an evening where we will retell the story of Jesus' birth that could only be possible by God's plan to redeem a fallen world. Titles include: Sing We Now of Christmas with The First Noel; The  Miracle of Christmas with Joy to the World; Rejoice With Exceeding Great Joy; Holy Ground with Holy, Holy, Holy; Holding a Miracle; Every Knee Will Bow; Glorious Impossible and Sing We Now of Christmas Finale. Invite your family and friends for a memorable evening or worship. 

After the presentation, light hors d’oeuvres will be served in the gymnasium.

Dress up as your favorite family friendly movie or video game character and join us for a night of food, fun & fellowship. There will be free hamburgers and chips, along with games for all ages. Oh wait, did we forget the candy? Of course not, around the parking lot you’ll find decorated cars with lots of candy just for you. Invite your family and friends , you don’t want to miss it.

Our TBC Seniors are a vibrant and supportive community that fosters spiritual growth, meaningful connections, and purposeful engagement. Every month they meet together for a meal that makes everyone feel like they are at home. This time of fellowship provides a welcoming space where older adults can deepen their faith, share wisdom, and find encouragement in their journey. This ministry nurtures a sense of belonging, ensuring that every individual feels valued and embraced in their faith community.

One Night is an evangelistic event for all Midlands students, hosted by the SC Baptist Convention. The CMBA Family of Churches will remember that 63 youth prayed to receive Christ at the 2024 event.

The carnival-themed event will be held on Sunday, September 28, 5-8pm, at Shandon Baptist. ALL youth groups are encouraged to attend, and every student should bring a friend. One Night includes a clear gospel presentation, and students will learn to share their faith story with others.

This year’s speaker is Chris Lovell, and music will be provided by Rapper Dillon Chase and Shandon’s Modern Worship Team.

Students and Families are invited to enjoy a memorable evening under the stars on September 27, 2025. We'll enjoy delicious food trucks, a corn maze, live music and powerful worship by Mac Powell amongst the scenic beauty of Maxwell Farms.
